This app is Awsome
this calculator is very good and I used it for a while but I do have to point out something: I realized this calculator was reading pro points instead of points plus! so from what I understand pro points are used in the UK and points plus are used in america. Im not 100% sure why the conversions different but I did realize that this calculator reads things higher in points than what it actually is. I now use the app nutriscore 2 go which gives me everything I need including restaurant points and its very accurate. I would use that instead.
Frustrating
For me this is very easy to use, as long as the foods have the grams in parentheses. It has saved me numerous times!! Hopefully all that use this will find it useful!
Better than $30 a month or more for the weight watchers online access to figuring point values. Great great great.
I downloaded this app because I thought it was for the former Weight Watchers points program that I am going by for my weight loss plan. This app requires you to enter the calories, fat, protein and carbs. The old program figures points using calories, fat and fiber only so I was not able to use it. In my haste, I downloaded it without seeing that it wasnt what I needed. It appears that this app is for those on the new Weight Watchers PointsPlus program but since I do not use that program, I cant confirm the accuracy of this apps calculations
The point calculator asks for grams per serving. If youre trying to look up nutritional information on something and the grams arent provided (like most things) it wont calculate the points. Useless to me. An ex is I was trying to look up the points on a Subway sandwich. I can find the fat the protein and carbohydrates etc. but it doesnt tell you how many grams the sandwiches is so I cant use the point calculator.
